Overall great experience, everything was on time, the particularities and specifics of the rental agreement were clearly laid out with very transparent terms and pricing.
The crew was professional and very helpful making the process easy as pie.

Rented a car for two weeks in December 2022 and it was great! Quick and easy service, a nice car for a very fair price. Unfortunately we had some damage on the car, but they very professionally took care of that. I will definitely rent again!

The dependance "Amsterdam Zuid" is in a small street from where you easily access the highway. Cheapest I could find to move my household 1500 km away to italy. I could get the van 1 day before if it was available and it was. A 15m2 Mercedes sprinter automatic van, who drove like a spinning cat.
The staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
After the journey, 2 things where for me good to know, first before you leave, understand the knob of the automatic gear that also can switch to manual gear. Secondly how to use the multifunctional poke for wipers, light etc.

Very pleasant and quick communication with the van Ostade team. They think with you for solutions and offer great service. Particular extra thanks to Susanne who helped me arrange all the rental solutions before the weekend at the end of the day! In short, I would highly recommend renting and doing business with Diks car rentals.

Very friendly service, and excellent value. Our car turned out to be slightly more expensive because we picked it up the day after we originally planned (we had a one week rental discount we lost because we rented it only six days). I'm not complaining, but it's something you might want to keep in mind.

Our rental was quite new as well with only 3 000 kms on the counter.

We returned the car, dropping the key under the door because I did not find the key drop box.

Very responsive, cars are in a very good condition and the prices are quite competitive.
Although I also had a unpleasant experience and I would suggest to always take pictures of the cars in advance, I had the pleasure to work with Dylan, which was very open to support, so everything got solved in a very good and friendly way.

This place is just the Best. Cars are clean and price is very competitive. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly. I have been treated in the best way I imagine from a business and had nice conversations over a coffee on the house. I absolutely recommend DIKS and especially the location Amsterdam-Zuid. Check them out, its worth it.

This Saturday we rented a car and I believe Susanne helped us. She was adorable. It was very busy but she was prompt, courteous, friendly ( specially with my daughter). It was the first time that it was a friendly and welcoming environment there.
There was also a tall guy helping with the cars. He was always with a smile, we got there early and we got back around 4. He was still there and happy to assist everything. We have been there couple times already but this was really the best time. It seems they have new people and what a difference. We got a cute old pink car( little one was very happy)
