Unproffessional couriers, lots of damage to our wardrobe, and no solution from customer support.

Couriers didn't use any protection for the parts, didn't even fix them inside the van, as a result there were scratches, broken parts everywhere. When we showed them the damage, they got pissed off, left everything on the ground floor although I paid for moving them to 1st floor, and ran away. They told Brenger that the parts didn't fit to stairs.

Customer support took their side, didn't provide any solution for the unfinished job. No compensation for the damage either.

In short, never again!

I am very satisfy with the services and responses from team Mo. I gave the PDF order bill to Brenger then they pick up themselves from the shop and bring to my house. Team Mo also set things i the place that i want them to be.

Driver was super on time, helped me bring my stuff in, was friendly and helpful. Items were in good shape on arrival. Sorry about the other bad reviews, I had a great experience. So hopefully other people will be lucky the next time too!

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service.

The driver canceled last minute, and they did absolutely nothing to compensate for their faults!!!!! I was forced to throw away the furniture (600-700 euro) because I planned this delivery on my last day of the rental contract and with their last-minute cancellation, had no time to arrange another delivery....

for god's sake, don't fall for their cheaper prices, there is a 90% chance your delivery will be canceled last minute and your money will not be even refunded.... Their customer support is rude and useless.. They even have not issued a refund yet!!!!

Made a booking, the system automatically choose the pick up between 9 am to 5 pm. Which I didn't select.
The driver arrived to the location at 9 am sharp and the shop was still closed. Well who's fault is it? - the system !

Was a lovely morning to receive an email saying : "Your delivery is canceled! You get just 25% refund since the driver was there on time but the shop wasn't open. "

At a time of booking there is no option to adjust the pick up time!
Everything seems to be working, even the customer service available within seconds.

Hence had to spend 3 hours - no flexibility on rate or refund. Made a new booking, fully paid, even paid to choose a time frame for the delivery - and the system issued that same time frame for the pick up : 9 am to 5 pm !!!. Automatically.
Fantastic.
Now the customer service wished to adjust the pick up time since they were already online mentioning that its my fault again. LOL.

Finally the delivery happened at a double coast and a disappointment for not wishing to help to the customer or arrange a bonus or a discount towards a new booking.

Site does not update you on the actual location, the delivery was delayed by 11 hours. I had to contact them for information on what was going on and where on earth my delivery was. Instead of between 10:30 and 12:30 my delivery arrived after 23:00. The driver was exhausted, but helpful.
The Brenger site is less than useful, there is a map which does not show any useful info other than my adress, no location of the driver, not even a "last mile" kind of functionality.
