They close the fitting rooms 1 hour before closing the store. They let people waste time shopping just to find out that they can’t try the clothes on. A worker literally stands there for an hour telling customers they can’t try on clothes, just close the store then and don’t waste people’s time!!! Just save your time and shop online if in person shopping is this ridiculous.

Got what we came for, one of the store clerk was extremelu helpful and helped us find a woman shirt for office use. I myself am not a big fan of all the fashion trends but I appreciate the store clerk's help

I love Stradivarius, ever since I came to the Netherlands - from Brazil- I have bought my clothes mostly there. But an unfortunate and embarrassing situation happened to me last time I went to this store 2 days ago. There was I again shopping new outfits for my trip and on the checkout I was paying with my debit/credit card N26. I always used this card there, but this time, the attendant asked me proof that I was the owner of my card (?!?!)
I told her that I had never been through such a situation and was a frequent client, but she insisted. Made me show my other cards and an ID proof. As I don't have a Dutch ID (because I'm from Brazil and don't live in NL) I told her I didn't have one and she was very hostile with my answer, and wouldn't let me pay for my clothes. The whole situation was embarrassing, specially because people in the queue were watching my embarrassing situation. I almost gave up and left my clothes behind. I felt offended. I don't know if this happened because she was"new" or just racist, once I'm a black woman. **NO ONE ELSE IN THE WHOLE QUEUE HAD BEEN ASKED PROOF OF IDENTITY, ONLY ME - THE ONLY BLACK GIRL AT THE MOMENT!**
I got to buy my clothes in the end but only after I showed her my ov chip card with my picture and my name - same name as the other cards in my wallet.

I do like the store very much but racist attitudes won't be tolerated anymore! I hope this event doesn't happen again. Shame!

One of my favorite places to shop. The staff is very friendly but doesn’t enter your personal space. They always have something nice in stock. I buy here frequently.

One star is too much to rate this place...
I bought a jacket there and the seller, made me pay twice ( problem with their machine). When I call two days later, to find a solution to have my money back (not living in the country) the responsible doesn’t give a ****. She was snooty and not ready to help ! Pretending she can’t find the video recording or ticket... worst experience.

The person at the fitting rooms was constantly on her phone callingacalling kept is waiting whileawhile theretthere waslwas room. She didn't even speak Dutch. Very unprofessional.

Great selection of clothing, no queue for the fitting rooms and those fitting rooms were quite clean.
