The man on the picture assaulted the clients of the store verbally and physically. After asking to speak with the supervisor, he claimed to be manager of the store. This man is a joke.

I had one of the worst experiences shopping here today. I tried to return a product I bought the day before. They said I couldn’t return it and that their general terms and conditions clarified why that wasn’t possible. I looked up their terms and they clearly don’t understand their own terms. They did not try to explain the terms to me, they did not offer me an alternative solution, but instead they said we can’t sell this anymore and we can’t help you. I gave them three stars because employees in the mall of Netherlands did a way better job.

If you need something in a hurry and you don't need staff help then it's fine, but the markup is huge. I got the same laptop from an online retailer along with the xbox for the price of the exact same laptop alone in mediamarkt.

This store is handy for those impromptu purchases, but may fall short when it comes to larger investments. There's room for improvement in the customer service department; during a recent visit for a sizeable appliance, the lack of assistance was disappointing. Perhaps for bigger ticket items, exploring options like Coolblue might yield a more satisfying shopping experience.

We have visited here to check e-Readers, the prices go higher and higher everytime we check so take it into consideration if you're planning to buy it, lol. Nice place, by the way. A little crowded, but it is normal since it is located in a rather busy area in Den Haag. :)

They refused to return a product with a made up excuses. The manager also ignored to talk to me. Mediamarkt a monopolist company with terrible customer services. No self respecting company would do such cheap tricks.
Checked with other stores, they happily return any item you by within 30days.
Mediamarkt directly violates consumer rights. Disgusting! Never buy here anything again!

Only one person make contract phone and no one is here to help. Other staff members say that they don't work at phone section and I must ask this man. This shop sucks. Communication is worst

I’m so annoyed that super strong recommendation about JBL products from people in this shop all the time. I wanted to look Sony ear puds but the guy just started insulting Sony and even didn’t let me try what I wanted. He just kept recommending JBL which I hate. I found it’s very unprofessiona attitude, childish and too pushy. Just ANNOYING and it’s not fair. I stop going there as many others do.
