So far almost only bad experiences, machines that don’t work. Deliveries that don’t get delivered or just trown in the public hallways. Sometimes they don’t even ring the doorbell, but just say “you weren’t home”, while specially working from home to receive the package. All together, terrible company that does not care for their users.
When will the government take this over again?????????

I literally paid for shipping to be delivered on 23 March, but instead, it arrives today when I'm not home. Terrible service. Why even offer customers to choose the date, if you aren't going to honor their selection? They always deliver 30-45 away from my house when I'm not home instead of giving it to my neighbor (which is my default selection, NOT a pick-up point far away). I might as well just pick things up directly in-store for free. Don't waste your €€ with this company. ????

Unfortunately I am not able to write a full review as google does not post them but what I can say is that it’s the worst company I ever had to deal with. Their customer service is non existent and you have to be lucky when you even receive your parcel.

I had a terrible experience with PostNL. We had an issue with a charge that we had been trying to discuss with them for the past two months, but they were completely careless and unresponsive. We tried contacting them multiple times through email and phone, but we never received any response.

We thought the issue would be resolved eventually, but instead, they handed the matter over to a collection agency, Ultimoo. This only made matters worse, as we were harassed by Ultimoo's rude and unprofessional representatives, who demanded payment for an amount that we didn't even owe.

Overall, PostNL's slow and careless attitude towards customer service has caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. We will never use their services again, and we would advise others to avoid them as well.

On 07.03 I sent a pacckage. On 08.03 PostNL put in application that the package is delivered. But it is still not delivered. Almost 2 months... The investigation lasts 3 weeks, no answers... What is happening with this organization? Where is my package now?!?!

Unfortunately I don’t recommend PostNL because usually when I expect a package at home they don’t come after waiting all the day, just drop it to a pick up point , but when I don’t have a package myself their employee comes to me and leave packages for all the neighbors which became a habit now! Disappointed!

Look, yes it's a hard business, and yes, things get lost. UPC and DHL have the same issues.

I don't appreciate hiding your support telephone number, or waiting 20 minutes in line to get someone who can't help you to put you back into a 20 minutes queue, just so they tell you to e-mail some untransparent e-mail address to get a single digit in your package postal code changed.

There is such a thing as websites, apps, and also automatic address destination checks. Clearly the systems and IT are terribly underdeveloped and struggling with enormous technical debt.

I won't use PostNL anymore. There are plenty competitors that will now have a chance to disappoint me (and hopefully do not do so).

Again lying I wasn't home... If you can't handle the amount of work you get either pay another company to help out or stop giving new delivery times each time which aren't met.
We all don't stay in just for the fun of it.
