I travelled to Rotterdam from The Hague, and I found this train station quite good. I had my chip card for tickets and this was my very first time to this station. Without looking anywhere, I got my train to Rotterdam easily.

Note: There are two types of train in Netherlands ????????
A) Sprinter - that stops multiple time
B) Intercity - It hardly stops anywhere except between metro cities.

The building makes of it a very beautiful station, but on the inside is under construction and not on a very neat state. I usually park my bike in the parkside on the main entrance side, but the other day they tried to steal my bike as the chain was clearly almost broken. Very dissapointing to see that the only free sheltered parking spot is not watched by CCTV cameras.

Beautiful ethnic styled station. I loved the place. Very peaceful and nice.

Unfortunately, the station and the surrounding area feel unsafe towards the evening.

The lack of police surveillance and the fact that quite often youth and (shady-looking) men are hanging around the entrances of the station makes it that I personally don't feel safe enough to use the station frequently.

The intention of this comment is to alert people to be careful with their back packs and always carry them. There are wallet-stealers, who use the trains to steal the packages that are in the spaces above your heads. BEWARE, on the trains to THE HAGUE and the opposite.

Went to this station yesterday, overall it's a beautiful and historical place from the building itself, the facilities were complete enough.
This station also clean, friendly and kind staffs when we asks about some stuff related to den Haag, recommended and definitely will happy to visit den Haag and den Haag Hs again in the near future!

Terrible system. Always delayed, no informations, expensive tickets. It is a shame, because the area and the city are very beautiful.
