4,4 euros for printing one A4 standard paper. Not very welcoming. I am certainly not coming again.

Don't come here if you expect affordable and clean prints. I had to pay for misprinted blotchy prints because of the dirty printer and they were unusable anyway.
The lady at the desk was nice and tried to help, but in the end it was still a waste of time and money

I went to cut and bind my portfolio and the result was terrible. I explained that it had to look profesional and clean and they said they could do it. They cut it in a way that looks like it was cut with an old knife and is frayed across all edges. And the binding is crooked.

When I asked the man helping me if he could fix, he said that is the best they can do. And that it is what it is. If anyone has to cut or bind anything, don't do it here. € 9 wasted and now I have to reprint everything.

Despite the fact that I had to wait for 10 minutes because it was overcrowded, I paid 1.15 euro for 2 black-white pages...
Seriously unfair prices!

We made a mistake with our prints but the woman behind the counter was so helpful and kind!! She took the time to look at what went wrong and helped us immensely!! Highly recommend- Always triple check your prints!! :,)

If there were 0 stars that would be my rating. 5.10€ for 5 pages… where is the humanity in decently priced services? 4.10€ handling fee for a 2 minute work is outrageous.

I usually don't write reviews but for future reference. I printed one b/w page and the guy asked me to pay 75 cents for five pages?? And I said I only printed one page and this guy say then it is based on time you use the computer and pages. The computer was already running when I started to use! I ended up paying 41 cents. Yeah it's no biggie to pay 13 cents more but where's consistency? I have printed here one pages at least 5 time and it was always 28 cents with other staffs. This already happen twice, with the same guy. The other time the same guy asked me to pay 75 cents or something because it's color. Duh, I check and it was b/w and when confronted he said okay it's 28 cents then. I don't know how you manage your system but I don't understand why I have this issue with this guy.
