Koopgoot, also known as the “shopping gutter”, is a popular shopping destination in the heart of Rotterdam. The shopping area is located underground, giving it a unique and modern vibe. I recently visited Koopgoot and was impressed with the range of stores and the overall atmosphere.

A group of small businesses. I visited De Pindakaaswinkel. Wonderful flavoured peanut butter. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Right in the centre of Rotterdam, this shopping area offers lots of high-street brand to satisfy every need. This is where the Rotterdam branch of De Bijenkorf (the largest retailer in the Netherlands) is located. New photos added 19-23/10/2021. Ready for Christmas ????????⛄⛄

Not too bad, typical Hema :) very spacious and big! Staff is friendly most of the times and speaks English.

Nice walkway with many stores and some department stores. Few options to have a meal and less options to sit and have a cup of a coffee. Opening hours is normal just like any other shopping places in Europe, no late hours.
The place could use a touch of life having coffeeshops at the sides. After all a nice place to hang out when in Rotterdam.

The quality is reasonably ok with the quality, but the shop itself doesn't have enough variety

Quite a few options for clothing stores.. quality is not that amazing but it's alright. Many restaurants and fast food locations as well as to feed the beast. Nice to roam around and browse the new collections out and about :)
