Personally had the worst customer experience in such a well-known department store. Store clerk was rudely unprofessional, clueless as if it was his first day training (if there's training at all), and above all lacked the most basic sense of customer relationship (literally just handed the item in bare condition, without saying a word). I personally think buying something of value consists not only of the item but also the whole experience of attaining it, unless you sell something worthless. If I were you spending some money for good purchase, I'd recommend going to a decent store where customer experience is solid and basic manners are understood.

If you are looking for a new bra just like me, go to Bijenkorf in Rotterdam. I've never met such an amazing service in my life! A thousand thanks for helping me, Elaine, Teresa and Sasmita :)

Beautiful store, clean and many brands
But I prefer to buy online. Why? Except Louis Vuitton and Gucci, if I ever tried to buy anything else, nobody wanted to help me, they didn’t talk to me, didn’t ask me if I need anything, some of them even didn’t want to respond when I tried to reach out, and one time after fitting I asked the lady where can I put it back, she looked at me, pointed her finger without saying a word. Been to the store many times but always ended up going home and order it online

Pros:
1) Very helpful staff
2) Great location, city centre, nice panoramic view
3) Great price
4) Not crowded
5) Plenty of space to sit down
6) 1h experience; don’t forget to register in advance(!) and arrive 15min earlier before your time slot; the staff will take you to the roof, otherwise you cannot reach it on your own.
7) you can leave any time you like.

Cons:
1) Very small ice ring
2) uncomfortable ice skates; you cannot bring your own
3) Not good ice to skate

We had 1h to skate but we left in 15min; it is probably exciting for small children but not too much for adults, especially the ones that know how to skate.

Nice spot. A bit pricey but excellent quality. Nice airy restaurant and good facilities.

Not what it used to be… I came in willing to buy an eyebrow pencil. The Anastasia stand was totally neglected: products looked old, not in the correct places, some empty or missing altogether. At Charlotte Tilbury the service was not attentive. I decided to go somewhere else.

Lovely place to drinks coffee and eat pie while having the best view on the Coolsingel. Before there was only a tv for children in the restaurant. I love the new kids playkitchen in the restaurant and toys. Great addition for children Bijenkorf! Thanks.
