I have been grabbed and pulled hardly by my wrist and it’s hurt. In stead of good communication and speak to me nicely. As a woman alone i feel frightened by it. The guy said he didn’t hurt me maybe because it’s normal for him to do this to the woman around him but as a woman that always have been surrounded by gentlemen. It isn’t normal! but disgusting and disrespectful I heard no sorry from him. I’m glad that I didn’t end up pay almost 700 to fix my ipad here. Amac suggest me to change for a new one for the similar price. Do not come here if you are English speaking. You will probably be treated differently. This kind of person make foreigners feel sick in the Netherlands. I never once have been treated by people from here like this.

I went to the store for buying a simple case for my cell phone. The guy told me to wait until my colleague arrives.
His colleague came after five minutes and told me to wait for another five minute so he can answer a call from a customer. I waited and after he told me a simple case costs 80 euros, I left the store. Such a waste of time.
Well I think these people need to learn how to communicate with customers and how to respect them.
I am totally disappointed and I will never come back to use their service.

To be honest I did not repair anything there, I have no comment about the work they do. But for the communicative skills, the guy working there should treat others more decently. the way he answers my questions makes me spend a very bad day.

Bought my MacBook to quite some places and couldn't get anything done until it got here. They handled the problem fast and professionally. Staff are helpful and cute :)

They are very attentive to the problems your Mac has and provide tailored-made solutions to them. This is very commendable. Aside this, I got a solution which was very budget friendly.
