I am a patient for more than two years, they are good people but they keep you waiting for a long time sometimes it was about an hour more but if be late for 10 minutes they won’t let you see the doctor. I hate the fact they appreciate their time but not yours

Horrible experience, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS GP.
I went for 3 times in September 2022 because I was felling bad and they told me I was exaggerating and everything was fine; I ask them to perform some studies. Well, I beg them cause they just did not take the time to listen properly. After they got my studies back, they called me and said that everything was OK. I went back this month for a mandatory check up and clearly something was not right; I asked for my results from both test (nine months ago and the current one). I had and INFECTION for NINE MONTHS; when they called me in September they did not even mention it. They did not give me my diagnosis even though they had it (I am not sure if this is even legal). Luckily I asked for all my results to give them to a PROPER doctor that actually give a good advice and follow up check ups. This is unbelievable. I know Dutch Healthcare is not the best but this GP needs serious improvements as I am not the first one that has the same experience here. They are playing with people's diagnosis, which is very dangerous.

I have been registered here for years. Yes, sometimes the appointments can be delayed, but that's nothing new to me and where I come from. I see it more as a sign that the doctors take their time to help patients rather than looking at the clock.

I was sceptical due to all the negative reviews. Until I spoke this morning at 9.05 to the most clueless receptionist in the Buckley practice. The website said their accept new patient so I registered myself online.
Only for me to be called back by a receptionist that didn't know that they were still accepting patients on the website. Then she blamed Dr Buckley who told her on Friday 20th of May that they were not accepting new patients even though their website page states otherwise. She had no clue of anything. The only reason why I went to this practice is before they have one of the best GP Dr Mihir Pithadia who used to be my GP at the international health center in den haag. A pity

The Dutch healthcare system is very different to what I am used to and I even though sometimes you have to wait I me and my family are always treated with respect and provided with what we need.

Great doctors, knowledgeable, passionate and kind, helpful and friendly staff too! Can’t recommend enough, especially as an expat.

The doctor (Dr. buckly) just decide not to showup! or most of the time being just reach clinic late which cause everyone to be late to their plans. What I really dislike is the fact that this behaviour is "normal" !!

To be fair, Dr. Buckly is very kind and caring which I why I gave 2 starts.

I like that it's possible to write a message to the doctor through mijn gezondheid.
When I went for a visit I never had to wait for a long time.
