Irresponsible employees. We waited for minutes for a shoe size. Just as he was bringing it, he came across an acquaintance and started chatting. Then I wanted to take the shoe from him, but he did not give it. One step ahead was more tension, but I actually persevered. What I'm wondering is, does the manager of this store really care about these messages or is there no training?

I'm giving 1 more star just for the sake of another good guy, he was a bit more courteous and quick.

Good selection of sneakers and clothes.
The store is just very very crowded. I wanted to fit new shoes but was only presented 1 shoe and there wasn't a lot of space or time to try both and make a decision. I get there might be a lot of theft here but this doesn't really qualify as good service. Really it's a buy and go kindda store - too many people to actually get any good service. Not unfriendly though. So I'd recommend trying the shoe somewhere else and just buying it here if you already know you want to get them. As mentioned they do have a great selection of shoes.

I've been in many shoe stores around Europe and I've never seen more rude and dismissive stuff. They look at you like you are a nuisance and don't want to help. What kind of customer service is that? Should I give them a tip to encourage to do their job? I'm sorry but I won't come back to that store. Situation was better only because of nice security lady that said "bye" to us and smile nicely.

Terrible experience! Today, we had reserved appointments for two at 16:20. When we arrived there, we were told that the appointment was mistakenly set for 17:20. They didn't even bother to apologize and solve their own mistake. So disappointing and disorganized!

Better buy online, I spent 200€ for a Jordan shoe, 2 days after I realized that the shoe has a bump on upper toe cap! Went back to replace it, and guess what they said? “It’s because your left foot is different from your right food, that’s why you see this bump!
Now I’m wondering why my left foot doesn’t create bump on other shoes bought from other stores?
