Very happy with service. I was at a conference in Rotterdam and our leaflets had not been delivered. I went to Easy Repro and they managed to get the printing done on the spot, at great quality and a good price. Recommended.

The worst customer services of my Rotterdam stay. When the collaborators are new maybe it is better if someone supervise them in the first days. To make 4 copies took me almost 30/40 minutes with the employee.

Horrible! The staff is unpolite and almost not existing. You can wait for a long time at the cash register and no one comes so you can pay and leave. Also, one of them scanned an official document for me and broke it and insisted it was already broken before, which was not true, and he was also very arrogant in saying that. I bet that if it was one of his documents he wouldn't have been happy either, right? There is no taking care of the costumer at all, please don't go there.

Super disorganized and crazy expensive. I was charged 2,75€ (!!!) just for scanning a document with only two pages. I will try to come back just for delivering of parcels and not to the printing part of the shop.

I printed my thesis without waiting at all. They helped me a lot with translating the settings from Dutch to English. It was fast, easy and with lots of care.
