Very friendly and efficient service. I went there to pick up an item I had reserved online and I was helped almost immediately. People are polite, to the point and attentive. The store is also clean and well organized.

Good overall experience. The staff were attentive and friendly and they had the product we wanted in store. You do need to get a ticket from the colume type machine at the front of the store and wait for your number to be called if you want service though.

I tried buying my Apple Watch at me… another retailer, but after they tried adding bogus surcharges, I jumped online and bought it without hassle online from Coolblue. Picked it up right away. They did ask me if there was anything else I needed but accepted my polite decline.

I was here when my friend got an allergic reaction to peanuts. The straff was very friendly and helped us contact the hospital and gave us water. I don’t know anything about the electronics, but the staff here was truly amazing. Thank you guys!

Helpful, friendly team. They have unlimited free coffee inside. Better prices than media markt. For the products I was looking for at least :) I bought ps5 and hyperice hypervolt pro 2.
