I understand their concept and what they set out to deliver, but the final result and flavors aren't must for me.
I always appreciate a good salad in almost any dish, but this lot of greens just steal the protagonist of an egg Benedict and not in a good way.
On the other hand, the scrambled eggs are quite poor and disappointing.
I am not saying their menu don't deliver a good quality, the opposite, but the result don't match my taste at all. The bagel itself didn't make my mind as well.

The pancakes were delicous, but not sure about egg on a bagel, maybe I choose the wrong one, went for the pouched egg with spinach. It tasted alright, but very light so all I tasted was the spinach. You can chose your own bagel (see different options at the bar). If nothing mentioned at the order, it will be chosen by the chef.

However the Tuna bagel tasted very fresh and tasty. Would come back to try their other dishes, maybe to sit outside when the sun is shining.

Relaxing place to enjoy their bagels and other dishes with some drinks accompanied. Very friendly and attentive staff, would recommend to everyone to come here.

Perfect breakfast in a unique place. Friendly efficient service and delicious food. A little on the pricey side for what it is, but done exceptionally well.

Beautiful nice shop in Rotterdam, even though my family is from the US and don't speak Dutch at all. It was a really nice place and they let us take something away even after choosing to dine in! Visiting from a cruise with NCL. Overall, great customer service. Thank you Bagel Bakery ????

Great bagels and the flavours were good. Though they do have limited drink options. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Real bagels! We tried poppy seed and sesame. Both were delicious. Almost on par with Los Angeles or New York. We sample bagels worldwide and these ranked well, 8 out of 10 (most we’ve tried elsewhere rank 5-6). We wish there were some plain available for a real test.

Forgot about it for a while, but still the same. Good fast service. Whole-wheat bagel is always sold out. Well prepared. Generous portions. Nice in- and outsides friendly staff.
