0 stars if it was possible. There is water leakage for my neighbors below me so they shut down my hot water pipe for BLOODY 3 months. I dont get contacted by then only if i call them and its been passed to 4 different companies and eigenhaard self state is none of their business. Been living in my house for 20+ years and repair request has always been awful as they refuse to solve the issues and just fix it temporarily but this is getting to my nerves.

Customer service is terrible, rude people who don’t care about anyhing and hangs up on you.

Quality of Service has deteriorated heavily, internal administration is a mess, they don't know half the contractors they employ for basic things, phone and chat barely reachable.

I am very disappointed with your services because I had an appointment today 1:00pm to:400pm at Osdorpban but the technician created his own time and came earlier before the meeting specter time he was at my door by 12:28 and called me at 12:29 and I am wondering what kind of service this is yet I have Avery critical issue in the house that needs to be identified and worked upon. Am here my whole afternoon is ruïned and I have no help. ????

One star because google does not allow zero stars.
The worst housing company you can have. They never answer to complaints. We have been three years without floor on the aisle (when they promised 1 week) and every two months the heating and hot water fails.

We have been many times whole weeks in winter without heating and years with the front door of the building broken. Everytime they fix something is in the cheapest and worst way possible.

They don't reply to emails, they just really don't care. If you try calling they say there are no employees available.
When you finally manage to talk to someone they would always agree on everything, they would promise to take action and want just to hang up. They don't do anything they promised, it takes many people to complain several times to finally get an answer.

If I could I would give them less than a star.
They're terrible, they should replace our windows frame for 4 years now and every year they find an excuse. If you write them asking to know the status of the project (for which they already increased our monthly fee of course) they will tell you they cannot give you any details. I wrote several times to request the financial statements as they were never included in what they send out every year and they provided me a very random excel sheet all hardcoded only related to my apartment...I guess they have no clue what a financial statement is.
If there is any reparation to be done they are slow and their work is sloppy but they're always very happy and eager to increase the monthly service fee for whatever reason without giving any explanation.
Also it is quite expensive for the kind of services they provide..they don't provide any services basically.
Do not recommend this VVE ever, stay away from them, I'm sure there are so many other VVE which are much better.

5 years applying for a house to leave for Eigen Haard a empty apartment in a excellent location in Amsterdam and till today no answer at all.
