You've to wait more than 30 minutes during the peak dinner hours for your order to be ready. Good thing is that you can find a seat easily for dine-in as there are 3 floors of seating. There's a toilet in the restaurant too. The fried chicken is nothing to shout about. You can find some coupon deals on KFC.nl website.

I waited 2 hours for delivery,tried to call for 20 minutes and on the 3th time they picked up the phone.
My Pepsi was half full because they didn’t wrapped it good , the corn was wrapped in paper bag and it was wet ,food was cold and disgusting.

Chicken was not the one for which KFC is famous. It was certainly not crispy. Fries ???? didn't taste fresh.
A lady on the first floor was shouting on people trying to access toilet ???? without paying or more persons were entering by paying a single payment, which was OK!

I had first time at there, it was very busy and staff was very rude specially black women was maybe tired ???? Her attitude was unprofessional. Food served after 40 min just 1 item. I understand it is very busy for tourist area but management need to control the order if its not possible to served on time.

We had a wonderful experience at the KFC restaurant last week. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The deals and offers they had were amazing and made the whole experience even better. We had the classic Chicken meal, which was delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, reasonably priced meal and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

They have the best tasting plant based chicken strips… however as others have mentioned it’s chaos on the ground floor and takes forever to get order. Go up to the higher levels to enjoy.

Loved the ice cream even they didn’t have the third sauce.
Ordering takes long time as its always crowded.

Food was cold and my meal for 2 burger had 1 strip despite 2. Went back to get this sorted but they still got me 1 strip ????u200d♀️ They need better organising as it took someone at least 10 minutes to serve me - most of them were waiting to prep orders. The best person working in KFC is the cleaner (man working on Saturday night) - attentive, excellent customer service and gets the job done, the man deserves a promotion!
