What an amazing store! Such beautiful items and lovely decorations. The employees were very helpful and kind. The items are very special and you can see and feel that they are good quality. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Will definitely come back for more!! ????

What’s with the return policy?
You gotta pay at least €13,50 to send it back, and even more if you want it insured. No return label. No option to mark it as a return anywhere. Annoying

Returning policy is very bad. There are no clear return instructions from Europe. It seems you have to send it from the Netherlands to the uk and have to pay duties?!

Loved the store! I always pass by and want to go in. all employees are amazing! Especially one that spoke Spanish and I can’t remember her name now ????❤️

They should accept returns from the online store. Quality is horrible. Online store sent wrong item (not the color I ordered), since they do not accept returns and do not give you a shipping label, you have to pay for returns, even for their mistake.

Love this free people location. Truly the nicest associates. They’re helpful and accommodating— I have always had a great experience going into this store and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great selection of boho chic pieces that are seasonally updated. I will miss this store and the lovely women working here now that I’m moving back to the US but I can’t wait to visit when I return!
