One star only because zero is not possible!!! Used to be my favorite store till today. I still enjoy the brand, but I'll be shopping only online from now on. Store clerks in the fitting room (especially one short blond hair middle aged woman) are very offensive and passive aggressive during service - roll their eyes when asked for another size or when you don't buy enough. A lot of unnecessary comments as well. I will make sure to inform the H&M group about the quality of the service here.

I visited the store and had a wonderful experience with a sales assistant who spoke french to me. However, I was turned off immediately when one of the sales assistant or manager started talking down on her and bossing her around. It created a very weird and uncomfortable atmosphere. Other than that, clean store and nice interior.

Awful service, an employee decided to talk down on us in Dutch to another customer. Great thing I don’t understand Dutch:)

Bought a coat for 250€, after first wearing the inner button fell off
Lady behind the cashier was talking to a client for about 7 minutes so there was already a line behind me… no respect
Also such a bad assortment (or the merchandising)
