Friendly staff, nice and clean store, can be a bit busy at times and parking can be difficult or expensive. Customer service is great.

I was really impressed with the service and help I got at the shop! Impressive!
The atmosphere is positive and relaxed. I glad I went there.

Especially thanks for Naomi help! True knowledgeable professional ???? she helped me to choose the best option money/quality.

I didn't plan to buy equipment initially, but after all help I was given I changed my mind:)

Great shop for all your technical needs such as phones, computers, fridges, you name it.
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
They have a client service system when you arrive at the store. They check which salesperson is available and how long the waiting time is before you get help. It works fine because you know beforehand whether you have to wait and for how long.

Nice showroom with good options available. Staff is also knowledgeable and gives good and honest advice. We went to buy a TV and got what we wanted. (LG G2) You can have free coffee.

A super easy ordering experience, and no hassle. The trick is you have to register up front (add your name to the list), and then they'll call you in the back when there's someone around to help. This is way better than other stores where you have to hunt down the super busy clerks.
On top of that they are an Apple reseller, and they had on stock the MacBook configuration I wanted, which I would have to wait a week for at Apple. For the same price.

The customer service at this store is very good! They are organised, smiling and truly want to help their customers! I had interactions with both sales and support and both were very good! I will definitely buy my electronics and appliances at this store from now on!

Online service is always good. The pick up servife in the store in Amsterdam is terrible. The employees work very slowly and seem incompetent, you reserve an order for pickup ahead of time, yet they never seem to have the package ready. Also the wait is over 30 minutes with no place to sit.

This time it was very busy at the pick up terminal, but there were 3 greeters at the door, not adding value. (Reviw the photos for reference)

Last time inwas here they did nog have the product kn stock at all (altough i reserved it online and it showed up as “in stock”).

The service here is not up to par for a retailer which makes you pay a premium for service.
They should either employ more people or work with timeslots or runners from the back of the store. (

All in all I’ve had very unsatisfactory customer experiences in the store. Online the store is good.

Very nice service, once it’s your turn. But everything could be a bit faster. There is seemingly no reason why it takes an hour to exchange a cable, when there is only 1 customer ahead. Thanks anyways! :)
