Very nice place with a mix of chain stores and independent foreign/naturalised stores. Easy to get to with public transport.

We used it as a stopover to our hotel, going into the AH To Go shop getting snacks and drinks

With trash bins being 15 to 20 m away from each other, I can't believe people are so messy with leaving so much garbage flying around everywhere. That shows a complete lack of respect for your own surroundings. Especially with a majority of passers-by being local residents.
The only upside of the whole situation is that the stores and restaurants are so close by conveniently located.

Mall area, shopping center. Whatever you want to call it. It's a nice and cozey area for you to eat, drink, shop etc.

Over the years the area has fallen into a bit of disrepair, however lately they are remodeling the place entirely.

It has become less of a clothes/electronics shopping area and has transitioned more towards small cafe's, restaureants, takeout etc.
The clothing stores are still there but theres only a few large chain stores there such as the C&A. But it's ussualy enough.

The area is well connected for public transport with quite a few hotels around. So if you are planning on landing at Schiphol, theres a direct train connection to the Amsterdamse Poort, where you are able to get a daypass for the public tranport so you can go to the city center etc. within 15-20 minutes using the metro.

Nice location to go for fast exotic takeaway. Good clothing prices ,and nice entertainment

Lively environment with lots of local vendors. Various general stores at reasonable prices.

Very nice ???????? arena with almost all the shops you will be looking for. Shops ranging from clothing to groceries and even African shops if you crave for African food. When the weather is very nice it’s very busy, people hang out there to enjoy ???????? the sun, shop and eat as well. There’s Macdonald’s and KFC there too. The station is quite close by, for the train, subway ???? and buses.

Vibrant place. And if you would like a drink or two ( nobody will count ????) after work then a great place to be too
