Just the perfect place to live during your studies! You have everything you need within your room and much more within the building, including a chill lobby, gym, and rooftop field. The people who work at the reception are always friendly and willing to help. Also, it is located very close to De Pijp, arguably one of the nicest areas in Amsterdam. I feel very grateful that I was able to live here.

Staff working here seems very suspicious of guests and are rude. Had staff knocking on our door about a “smell of weed” twice, which is ridiculous considering it’s a student home in Amsterdam and it’s the first few weeks of uni. The student discounts are very minimal and feel like they’re put in place just to maintain a student discount and come off as student friendly. The sound the doorbell is also the most annoying I have yet to encounter.

Nonetheless, it’s a very cozy place and the rent is good considering you get a private kitchen. You also get a decent resemblance of a balcony, which definitively comes in handy when you want to avoid the smell of weed.

I have lived there for 4 years. Very bad experience with moving out. They care only for profit and they do anything they can to take the money from the deposit. I am very disappointed. Also, the customer service support from the student experience office sucks.

Great place, great people, greate facilities. Has a basket court on the roof and an awesome view. A pool and a football table, laundry rooms, study rooms, living room and a big fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook and gather with your friends, are all on your disposal. And if you are bored cooking by yourself just grab one of its tasty meals.

Superficial atmosphere, nothing in this place feels real. From the inside garden with plastic grass, to the loud annoying charts music, the super expensive food and the suspicious staff, everything feels fake.

the rent is at markeg rate buy they use all types of rules to squeeze the maximum amount of money from you. also dirty hallways

Very rude staff, there is no respect and trust towards the students who live there. Lived there for one year as per contract, but would have loved to stay shorter.

great rooms and garden; very clean & safe. unfortunately very expensive and the immediate surrounding is quite grey and not very homely
