I wish I could give no stars. Such bad service. I ordered my t-shirts 10 days ago. Was told they would be done in 7 days, then came to collect and the staff told me they would be done by the end of the day. I phoned later that day and said I would pick them up Saturday (the 10th day) and the staff said awesome no problem. It is the 10th day today and I went in, the staff had moved my order, did no phone me and my t-shirts were not done. My event is today, I am truly disappointed.

Good shop, it is not to expensive and the last item I got I had on everyday for about 3-4 years. So good quality.

Made an order with quite some time in advance for a present. There were two options: picking up or delivery. Asked for pickup since it was close to my house, one the order was ready I got an email. The pick up time was not the same as the ones in the website, corona thing ok, I get it. I took time off from my work to go and pick it up, the order was on the wrong location, a bit annoying but can happen... They offered to post it so it would arrive on time, which was nice. It didn't arrived. Sorry but even if the last one it's a post issue, the first two not... Just change the times on the website and try to be a bit more effective solving issues.
