Really good communication. The staff are very friendly and help to resolve the issues. Do not hesitate to reach out to staff if there is any issues. A very smooth check-in process. Very clean and self-sufficient apartments.

Terrible sign-up process. I lost 3 hours from my work and I was waiting from 12:00 to 19:00 and trying to book a studio because the site wasn't working. I wasn't informed about the site's issue and the only thing that customer service advised me (after I called them) was to stay there and keep refreshing it. As a result, I lost valuable time and I remained without a house.

Love the student living. Great common areas to hang out and spend time with your friends.
Great gym, and outdoor seating on nearly every floor available.

The views on the higher floors are amazing. The area sourrounding the fizz is nice, with a shopping center not even 500m away.

The 10min bike Ride to the center and 25 minutes to the science park campus are a decent, and easily manageable ride.

The office for renting out vacuums or drying racks is in house and security is there at night to watch over your bikes in the bike basement.

Overall a 5/5 experience.

After a month and a half of moving out they have not returned the security deposit. There was often people trying to rob inside the building to the point that tenants had to call the police in multiple occasion. Although they say they have all these social activities, that isn’t true. It’s very overpriced for the kind of accommodation. Would not recommend and please return my money!

The Fizz has been my home since October and I love it. When you live here you meet so many new people almost everyday, which makes the student life much more exciting. Especially, the fact that there is a reception inside the building, where you can go with any questions about your stay is one of the many qualities of the Fizz. I would recommend anyone to get their hands on a room here and see for themselves! Great place

The website doesn't even work the day of the booking. Maybe their server is from 1920. Sitting on the computer for at least an hour and it just says please wait, API ERROR, Loading... When u email them they just say sorry try again next month..
