Terrible experience! There is no point of visiting.There is only one employee in the cashier. All jewelery locked at a distance and no one will open the windows,help you try and buy. Just buy things online. I am not sure what is the purpose of a physical store if they do not invest in staff

I do not recommend, we just collected our weddings rings (at Siebel Hoog Catherine) after they had been resized based on advice of one of the employees.

To our surprise, the rings were now way too big and the employee we found even suggested to go back to the initial sizes at our own cost, when I asked for more clarification on what had happened, the lady at the store was very rude and told me not to speak english and when I continued she rudely changed to Italian this showed me she was not willing to help me out not even reach a mid term to solve the issue and we are sitting with big wedding rings till now.

I felt very humiliated but the way I was treated at this store, the customer service is very bad and the employee was rude.

It's close to where I work. I have been there three times everytime the same two people were there. After the last time I am not going back. One of them communicates in a rude manner and isn't very helpful. To give one example: While she was looking up a ring for me on her tablet I asked if she could also check my ring size. Her only response was that she looked annoyed and she said she couldn't do two things at once. Afterwards I asked the weight of the ring I was interested in. She said she didn't know and it didn't look like she cared to make an effort to give me an answer.

I'm not recommend, they were very nice white buying, then mistake during changing size of gold ring with diamond. When i asked about correct mistake, why want me to pay for that, before promise change is free anytime. So disappointed.

Went in to the store and two workers are sitting down having a coffee, went up to them (no hello or anything) I say hi and ask if they resize watches which got the response what brand? Still no greeting or anything. I say wich brand it was and they just answer that it cost 15 euros. I accept and go to resize it. The attitude during the entire encounter is just unpleasant. The work took 1 min for 15 euro, no other costumer in the store and two people working and i still felt like I was bothering them. Surprised over the cold atmosphere in the store and will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Friendly staff, but they know nothing about the watches they sell. They girl that resizes watches acts as if she’s doing you a favor.

Horrible, shameless staff. The lady was on the phone when I went to the cashier, she did not even look at me to say “1 minute”. I stood there for five minutes she ignored me totally.
