Top gentleman in this shop, so helpful, nothing too much trouble for these guys, thank you for your assistance, two new cases, two screen protectors and an Apple Watch strap and a weird obsolete charging lead for my friend. Thank you for your help, highly recommend you visit for your next phone accessories

I broke the back of my IphoneXR. Initially I went to another shop were I was told the repair would cost 250 Euros.
Here, they repaired it within 2 hours for 110 EUR.

Definitely avoid this shop.
Went there to get a phone battery replaced and pay 90 Eur for it. They asked for cash, which was a bit weird.
Battery didn't get replaced and I also never received an invoice for the work done even though they took my contact details.
Went to the shop in person to ask about it, never heard from them after that.
They also didn't answer to my email sent through their contact form online.

They put a screen protection for me, supposed to be the best screen protection there is. it came off by itself after two months. I brought it back. They say it can happen after two months. Why do i need a screen protection if I had to change every two months?? Not helpful at all!

I recently had my iPhone 12 Pro screen repaired at Phonefinity, was extremely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. The new screen looks and functions just like the original, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of iPhone screen repairs.

Awful experience. Awful communication. Disastrous service.

They wasted my time for 7 weeks, damaged my device, extremely hard to get in touch with them after you give them the device, they kept on telling me that they will call me after a couple of days but never did.

Not only that they couldn't fix my device and wasted my time, they also damaged my device. DO NOT GO HERE!

I do not want to see or hear about these rookies ever again in my life.

I sent my laptop here for a diagnosis because it wouldn’t start. The diagnosis was very thorough and they offer multiple solutions to the problem(s), even including optional upgrades. They also personally called to go through the diagnosis with you and were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
