It still remains a terrible store and very unfriendly man. Every time I need to pick a package it's the same story, unfriendly, rude, not helpful, zero customer service. And I'm not the only one, this happens to the rest of my family and friends who live in the neighbourhood. I don't understand why he is still the DHL servicepunt, and I certainly won't buy anything there.

unbelievable how ignorant the owner of the shop is - nobody not the customers nor the owner/staff in this shop was wearing a face mask. When asking him why, the guy was just laughing - not responsible. I will try avoiding buying anything at this shop!

Misplaced my ups package. Had to come back three times for them to figure out that they mislabelled it themselves (wrong hours number). Also, one of the two guys working there was very careless and rude.

Gehannes over pakketjes!!! Als je iets besteld kun je altijd bezorgtijden zelf instellen en val anderen er niet mee lastig!!! En gewoon thuisblijven en afwachten!
Door maag aandoening kon ik alleen Watermeloentjes eten…. De lekkerste van Utrecht kocht ik met PLEZIER in deze winkel, heerlijk en TOP FRUIT!!!!

Ik kom hier alleen als m’n pakketjes hier door DHL worden geleverd. Maar liever kom ik hier niet, ook niet om m’n pakketjes te halen. Als ik er invloed op heb, laat ik het liever een paar km verderop bezorgen. Heel onaardige mensen die hier werken.
