At the moment no one is there in the shop. If you want to ask for something you have to call her from one room where she is seating and staring at her phone. And if you ask her she is bearly giving an answer. I am disappointed.

I went in to purchase a watch and waited in line like any normal person would. A random woman cut ahead and asked for help from the associate working the desk. The woman then realized what she had done and redirected the employee to me. The employee went with her anyway. No respect was given to me therefore no purchase made by me. The fact the employee saw this and chose this anyway made me laugh and walk away. I would not shop here.

We usually buy gifts, small jewelery etc. from them. They're very friendly and helpful. When we have small problems with the stuff we buy, they take care of it immediately. And they have good discounts.

Slecht slecht en nog eens slecht.
Ze weten totaal niet wat klantvriendelijk is.. ik heb oorbellen gekocht van echt silver en thuis was er eentje ovaler. (Ik heb ze niet ingehad) vervolgens had ik een mailtje gestuurd over dat ze niet goed waren en kreeg als antwoord dat ik ze kon omruilen en 3 maanden garantie heb. Ik ging naar de winkel en krijg te horen dat ik ze heb gedragen en dat hun ze niet aannemen omdat ze de oorbellen niet kunnen verkopen terwijl de oorbellen gewoon verkeerd zijn en dus niet meer zou kunnen verkopen. terwijl ik gewoon recht heb op de garantie. Nogmaals vind ik het echt belachelijk dat iemand zo met zijn klanten omgaat. Ik ben daarna naar een andere lucardi gegaan en heb ze omgeruild daar waren ze hartstikke aardig en begripvol!! Heel erg bedankt voor de andere lucardi die mijn probleem totaal snapte!!!!

jullie personeel….. hele Dikke meid met getekende wenkbrauwen is arrogant. De meid met blond dooi haar is bezig achter de balie. Wanneer je vraagt of ze kan helpen kijkt ze je niet aan? daarna vraag ik netjes waarom het zo lang duurde. Geeft ze geen antwoord doet ze net of ze me niet hoort. Jullie personeel is echt verschrikkelijk schrik er gewoon van hoe onprofessioneel deze ervaring was
