It was crowded and they told us it might get 40 minutes to get the food but we were fine and waited, and it was definitely worth it ???? overall delicious food and friendly staff, only thing I can pick up is that the pistachio milkshake tasted more like bitter almond to me and was not the best but the sandwiches and burger was amazing and an interesting fries with lots of cheese and spicy sauce. Best one was the chicken with cheese and caramelized onions for me. Really enjoyed it ????

Wide selection of high quality fast food items.

Limited seating possibilities.

All the food gets freshly prepared. Super yummy. Delicious calorie-intake ????

Value for money ok for Dutch standards. But I thought it was a bit odd that they charged 1€ extra for a sauce substitute of the same price in regards to the loaded fries. Would have loved to get told about this from the service staff.

This American-style diner is a must try for the burger enthousiast. There is certainly something for everyone there, whether you are a meat-lover or vegetarian.

The fries are excellent and so are the sauces. The meat on the burgers is delicious as well. The burgers, however, can be improved. The buns are a bit too soft and tend to turn soggy if you don't eat fast enough.
The taste isn't compromised by this, however it makes for a very messy meal, especially considering there are no utensils offered.
Also, a burger with an egg as ingredient would be a nice addition as well.

The diner itself is very clean and modern, including the toilets. The ability to look into the kitchen makes you trust that the food is alright. I would, however, add something inside the diner that would make it stand out more. Right now, if it weren't for the big letters on the menu and building, I wouldn't be able to tell what kind of place it is from the looks alone.

Overall this place is recommended to go to. Don't expect a restaurant experience, because it isn't a restaurant but a diner. There is room for improvement but I'm sure that it will be addressed in the future.

Delicious burgers with so much flavor, and crispy crunchy fries! Seriously so good! The cheese sauce on top of the fries is also very tasty. Friendly staff and great service, makes it an overall great experience.

Everybody was super friendly and attentive! ???? I don't like most burgers in the Netherlands, but this place is great. The meat isn't tough, rubbery, or dry. It actually tastes as if they grilled the burgers on a barbecue.????Super tender and juicy on the inside, but still has a crispy bite on the outside.

Last visted: January 2023.

Not much seating area so decided to order a take out. Order took a while but not impressed by what I got.

Ordered the Chuck which was described as....
Thinly sliced ribeye steak / mozarella sticks / onion rings / fries / brown gravy /
mayo /on a grilled sandwich

Check the pic as it was more like minced meat than sliced steak. No fries or mayo. I ordered the cheesy fries, so they were not part of the sandwich.

Most definitely the best burger I’ve had in Utrecht.
I had the Double Nashville chicken burger and it was delicious ! Generous and freshly made, I highly recommend it! The fries were amazing! My partner had the Philly cheesesteaks in a sandwich and it was also great.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful! It was quickly served too.
That’s an easy 5/5 for me ????????
