Very bad customer service not loyal unprofessional not recommended use this services I had experience with them in entire Sweden The Netherlands Utrecht Prague,Malaga,Italy,Austria,Slovakia,Denmark Norway Germany Latvia Finland Spain.
I'm strongly recommending another travel agency for the services.

I hope no one has to call their "emergency" line during an emergency situation. I was at stuck on the line for more than an hour. This happened to other callers too. Very poor experience.

Préparez-vous à rechercher sur booking avec le WiFi de l'aéroport ...
La note générale parle d'elle même...
Inutiles.
Expérience vécue par bon nombre d'usagers à Heathrow. Un nouveau prestataire est fortement requis.
