Always late sending prescription and they charge 140 euros for a couple minutes phone call every couple months. I also have to follow them up multiple times about sending the prescription and if you call them you can expect to be on hold for minimum 15/20 minutes to the longest I’ve had or 1h10. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, go somewhere else.

Here goes one in english for the expats.

I do not recommend this place, let me tell you why.

I had to call to book an appointment because the website does not have the functionality in place. I turn up on time, the doctor checks me out and says we will need to book another appointment for a mole removal. He takes me to another room where a very polished and just as condescending assistant opens a big blank excel sheet and tells me the first possible appointment is in two months time. The sheet was blank so I asked how is that for a possibly 15 minute procedure. She says "...well, you are a new client and all..." - alright now that is quite something.
I take the earliest given date because otherwise I would have had to pay 50 euros for the three minute consultation with the doctor. The same assistant calls me a week before the date. I had to travel around that time so I ask for a delay: she says oh well that is not really possible because she would need to renegotiate all the appointments for the day because the doctor's rota is made two weeks in advance. I have never got to figure out how is that even logical to call one week before if the date is still suitable if the schedule is already made. Another nuisance was that although they have skincare in Haarlem I had to go to Amsterdam for the surgery. Finally, months later when the procedure could take place I have had a very good and professional service for which I am grateful.
That's why I have given three stars - that's all for the doctor, because the rest was just awful and I am never going to go back. I also encourage everyone to look elsewhere, where they don't try to sell bureaucracy as professionalism and new clients are not treated as second class citizens.

I hope the irony that my three star review is going to improve the rating of this institution is not lost on anyone.

Good clinic for dermatology. Parking is complicated so ask before you come by car. Location in maps and Waze isn't always showing correctly.

Net een kleine ingreep gehad bij Bergman Clinics huid en vaten in Haarlem. Eerder had ik al een gesprek om de ingreep te bespreken etc.
Allebeide keren werd ik door alle medewerkers heel vriendelijk en kundig geholpen.
Ik kan de kliniek iedereen aanbevelen.

Let op je betaald hier echt verschrikkelijk veel geld voor zéér kleine ingrepen of telefonische informatie afspraken. Gewoon belachelijk dat ze dit durven te declareren aan de patiënten !

Had een afspraak bij dr. bloemen vanwege overmatig zweten door medicatie. Bij binnenkomst al heel vriendelijk verwelkomd, en geholpen. De afspraak stond om 12, maar kon zelfs al iets eerder terecht. Ook door de doctor zelf heel vriendelijk, rustig en eerlijk geholpen. Zij heeft voor de zekerheid ook even overlegt met een andere arts, en zij waren er beide van overtuigd dat je ingreep verantwoord was. Er werd aangeboden om gelijk te behandelen als ik daar klaar voor was, en heb natuurlijk ja gezegd. Ook tijdens de behandeling veel zorg en goede communicatie, en achteraf ook. Iets voor 12 begonnen, en 15 over 12 weer in de auto met een goed gevoel, en goede informatie over wat er hierna moet/kan gebeuren. Heel tevreden!

Erg slecht geholpen door Dr Beekmans, ik was hier doorverwezen om tot een oplossing te komen en een resultaat, niet om continu gedemotiveerd te raken door een eerste ''consult'' van deze doktor, ik zou een hele lange en erg moeilijke traject met kans op zeer slechte resultaten tegemoet gaan, ik heb met doktoren uit Turkije gesproken alvorens ik hiernaartoe ging en het bewijst maar weer dat Turkije mbt cosmetische chirurgie ver en ver vooruit loopt op dit soort klinieken in NL daarom dat de hele wereld ernaartoe gaat, de helft goedkoper en proberen je oprecht goed te helpen en zetten uitstekende resultaten neer, nee sorry de hele vibe en sfeer in de kliniek bevalde mij he-le-maal niet!
