Rooms are not big but well designed so it is comfortable to stay in. The blackout is not good so the room doesn't get that dark. Also we could hear a lot of noise (either someone banging, structure clicking, etc). Also the bedding is really uncomfortable.

The breakfast is decent, but not too many options and no hot-meal options. There is a shuttle to Schiphol but it is kind of far (around 10 - 15 min).

The thing is you can get a much better room/breakfast for not that much more money.

I always stay at the IBIS Schiphol, especially as it is easy to reach and there is early check-in which after a long night flight is much appreciated. The only thing I miss nowadays is the nice a la carte restaurant on the top floor; I am not much into hamburgers and other fast food nor the buffet they offer instead. Even though the quality is excellent.

The shuttle service to and from airport is a pain. The bus doesn’t come frequently enough and it is always packed. When we got picked up from airport we had to wait 20-30 minutes and then there were so many people on the bus they were cramming us in. Very uncomfortable. No one to help with the bags. On the way back to the airport I ended up having to get a taxi. The room and staff were fine and as expected for this type of hotel. The room was clean. AC was broken. Given the whole point of staying at this hotel is convenience to the airport, I would not stay here again.

The hotel has a shuttle bus system that works very well. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was good too. Shower was good. Great hotel if you need to spend the night and go again to the airport.

We had a great stay here! Rooms had everything we needed and the entire place was very clean.

The shower drained quite slowly, and nearly overflowed. And the check in process was very slow as there weren’t many workers and entire bus loads of people arrived at the same time on the shuttle.

We stayed at the Schipol Ibis en route from Spain to the US. We waited at the assigned shuttle stop together with hoards of other people. The Ibis bus arrived on time and was able to carry all the passengers to each of their three hotels (located next to each other). There was a long line at the check in with only two of the several check in desks being used. However the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The services provided such as an ironing center, food and drinks kiosk and Bar were all well done. The shuttle back to the airport was on time, used to capacity and worked well. We were happy with our overnight stay at the hotel.

Positive: I liked how inclusive it was. It had everything and a cool vibe. Just missing washing machines. Negative: It was all good. Room a bit small but they were functional. Also, buffet was alright. Burger place was great!

Handy to airport. Airport shuttle made all the difference. I was upgraded to a bigger room. Thank you. Rooms were clean. I had thee buffet dinner. Nice but very expensive for the choices available.
