Rented a van for a day to help a friend move out. The car was new and ran smoothly, ended up paying less than originally quoted. Friendly staff as well! 100% recommend!

Had a great experience last weekend! I accidentally booked a car that wasn't suited for my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave me another one without too much hassle! the car was new, clean and I had no issues. The pick-up process took about 15 minutes and the drop-off was very easy - i just dropped the key and good bye! will keep this in mind for later!

Beware of parking fines at this location

Recently rented a Van from Diks and had a great experience. Vehicle was nice, pick up process was easy, staff was nice.

However, I had to go to this location to pick up a car seat and nobody at either location thought to mention that the parking spots right in front of the store are paid parking spots. Which is not very clear (no signs by the spots, nothing painted on the ground in the spots) especially if you are not from Amsterdam. So now I have €77 fine for parking for a few minutes to pick up a car seat and if you look up parking fines, there are several of the exact same fines on Diks vehicles from over the years at this exact same location, so this is a recurring issue.
Also, if you look at the other google reviews, there is a tag for “parking” where several others have posted about the same or similar issues going back years.

I’ve rented a brand new car during my daughter’s bday. Unfortunately I damaged the car by accident. My contact ‘Anurada’ was very supportive and understanding. I really felt awful due the situation but she was comforting and the communication was on-point till the last day. I will be definitely go back for carrental!

Great service, friendly staff and a good car. We drove all the way to Germany ???????? (twice) and made a fixed price. Deposit was refunded quickly. Definitely will go there again after these two times.

Simple and easy. Big props to Adrial (I hope I’m writing his name correctly!) he was amazing. Explained everything in a very clear manner and was very friendly. Also, the deposit refund only took 2 business days.

Good service in general .. however get prepared to queue for a long time if you go to pick up your car in a weekend ..

Flaky booking, interior of vehicle damaged and containing rubbish, price creep, and exorbitant parking fees to top it off. There are other hire companies I’ll be using in the future.
