We went there to test drive a Zoe. We're looking for an electric car. In general it was a good experience but because they were busy I didn't get the impression that they cared that much. They wanted to go on to the next person. Now that might be a good thing if you're just looking around and didn't want the hassle and maybe they thought we weren't serious enough. We had an appointment for the test drive and we did it anyway, the car is great though. We're definitely considering it.

Wanted to request for a trade-in quote (estimation) for my car and so, sent pictures and license plate of my car. Got a call from a lady who started by announcing that my car is an import and not original Dutch car, as per what she could see on RDW. That was of course completely incorrect and she agreed to itiwhrn confronted with facts. But then she gives me a rubbish trade-in indication by comparing it to a car they traded in recently, which incidentally was a lower variant and had 20000kms more and Euro 5.

Like some reviews I have read here, seems they are all show and no go...happy that I didn't do a deal with this company.

Deuren kraken, is vorig jaar ook al gemeld, nu wordt aangegeven dat het buiten garantie is en deurvangers vervangen moeten worden, tegen forse kosten. Dit is een fabricagefout, een dergelijk onderdeel mag bij een jonge auto die weinig gebruikt is geen problemen geven en zeker niet bij meerdere portieren. Deze moeten gewoon kosteloos vervangen worden.
