The apartment was great and martijn was very understanding and an excellent landlord. He was always very quick to respond, well intentioned and non intrusive. Very helpful service as he even let me stay an extra night to accommodate my move to the next apartment. Overall a great and recommended stay!

I suggest you not to trust this rent agency. They answer help requests with tutorials on YouTube. They do not take care people in the building behave in a peoper manner in the shared parts. Moreover, they can open your house with their keys and aggress you. It happened to me. Below some pics, it took them months to fix the water leak. And they are now asking Google to remove this review. I will write it again. Forever and ever.

Do not trust them. They are not professional and could aggress you.

The perfect service for anyone who needs a stay in Tilburg. I had booked an apartement near the City Centre for several months with Martijn, which was the perfect arrangement for my time in Tilburg. The apartement was spacious, clean, well equipped and in perfect condition. Martijn was also the ideal host, always quickly answering and providing assistance and tips whenever needed. All formal arrangements were quickly implemented and it couldn't have been more pleasant for my stay at Tilburg. Any time again :)

Excellent accommodation. Everything is as in the pictures, cooperation with Martijn was excellent from the start, he respected every agreement from beginning to the end. He had a lot of understanding and helped me a lot. Martijn also had no problem with extending my move out date for a few days. He was very professional and I would highly recommend Swan Short Stay.

I stayed at a lovely furnished apartment for a month in Tilburg. It was clean, neat, tidy and modern. The apartment had all amenities I needed like basic food, dishwasher, TV, laundry and everything else needed for a short stay. I was assisted by Martin, who was very helpful and made my stay comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend this for a short stay.

Say anything to make you feel there is an apartment then just say sorry someone else is taking it

I had an excellent experience with Swan Short Stay. I rented a house for 1 year and I have never had any problem. The house was identical to the website pictures, nicely furnished, well equipped and very clean. Martijn has always been helpful and reliable with us. He also gave us useful suggestions when we moved here, and he helped us finding a doctor in Tilburg! Communicating with him has always been easy and fast. I definetely recommend to rent a house with this agency!

My experience with Swan Short Stay was awesome. I rented an apartment close to the city centre of Tilburg for a year. When I arrived, the house was super clean and looked even better than in the images on the website. Martijn is super professional, kind and available for any clarification. I highly recommend it!
