Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice and tidy and the bed was comfortable ☺️. Also, I like the fact that they have free parking on site.

In a six days stay, the room service came one time. I had to go to the reception and ask for toilet paper and tissues. The room was extremely dusty, with electric wires coming out of the wall; the mattress was thin and uncomfortable.
Staff at the bar and restaurant are quite rude and non cooperative. After waiting for a glass for 30 minutes, I had to go and take one from the bar. It's impossible to order à la carte at the restaurant, and the bar can give you only burgers, in spite of the wide menu, and with one hour waiting.
This is not the first time in this hotel, but it looks like the quality has gone down a lot in the recent years.

The hotel was beautiful and cozy, staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. My room was big and clean. It had a big balcony (but it smelled bad, so I could not use it).

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice due to its proximity to the Peter van den Hoogenband pool. Last year we had 2 double rooms and this year we had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 13 and 10). Though the family room was nice and big, we were more comfortable in two double rooms. The kids beds in the family room were fold out sofa beds and the kids didn’t think they were very comfortable, but the beds in the double rooms were. The bathrooms were nice and spacious with a shower and a whirlpool tub. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny - an omelette station, pancakes, fresh squeezed juice, yogurt, fruit…I’ve never seen a better breakfast buffet! Plenty of free on site parking. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. A great comfortable place to stay!

Well-managed hotel, rooms good, food great, but optimization sometimes at the expense of the guest. Moved nice airy gym from well-lit 1st floor to not well ventilated dark basement. Bummer! Sports bar on nearby hockey field very loud, music doodling over sports field all day.

Where is the service going? Before, when charging, I always had a coffee and maybe a small bite here. Now they send you to the "hotel bar", which is in fact a small business centre with no table service. It's nicely furnished and has a nice view, but you have to get everything yourself.
And then the bar service ????My son wanted a hot chocolate. They said they only have a cold one, while standing in front of a complete functional barista machine!!! In my time, when I worked behind the bar, we would not hesitate but simply heat up the chocolate milk....
Gen X. I hope they find out in time what life is about...
And I hope that hotel owners start working on real service again.

The staff does not know their stuff. At check-in I was told the gym opens at 6:30am. Next day I am in front of the gym entrance at 6:32am and the door is locked. My room key cannot unlock it. There is light and music on inside the gym. I go back to the main lobby. Upon hearing my “Good morning” and without even listening to me, a lady from the back of the reception shouts “You can check out at the mini-market!”. “Why is the gym closed?” - I wonder. “Because it does not open until 8 in the morning” - she answers. At the mini-market I ask the same question. A guy there checks the website of the hotel and shows me the screen that says the gym opens at 6:30am! He checks my room key and confirms that it should work for the gym door too. However, he adds that their gym coach might have slept in and without the coach the gym won’t open. Fantastic!

Update: stayed at this hotel once again the other day. At 6:50am the gym was open. Equipped with brand new machines, boxing ring and punching bags, the gym exceeded my expectations. Well done!

We booked a Superior room for me, my wife and our baby daughter (4 nights). We checked out after the second night.

Our room‘s A/C didn’t work and we couldn’t get the room warm. We had to put our baby with us in bed to keep her warm at 18 degrees room. I called, went to reception, yelled at one point a total of 7 times. Always I was told someone will take a look at it. Ultimately they brought a small portable heater that barely made a difference in that room.

Our daughter got a runny nose and I had no choice but to move our family to a different hotel.

Hotel might look good but the service and fact they allow such things to happen scream about bad quality and mismanagement. Avoid outside glossy view and go for something with real value.
