Packages are requested via post nl app to be either delivered to my house (when i am home waiting for the doorbell) or the automaat around the corner. Instead they are constantly delivered here. Very far from my house without a car and very unhandy opening times.

POST NL didnt even come to my house to bring me a package … they just changed the delivery place to this address that is so far from my place.

PostNL delivery person didn’t even ring my bell when I was specifically at home for my package then sends the package here. My apartment even has special post boxes for when we are not at home, but maybe they didn’t even come to my apartment, the same thing happened more than once, who knows. Now I have to go all the way here to get my package and their opening hours are very weird. I will try to not order stuff with PostNL from now on.

I was specifically home and nobody even rang. And then they deliver here where working hours are not true as stated on the page.

Does not open in the opening hours. Me and several other people have been waiting since 8am but there is nobody here and no sign suggesting that it will open.
