What a horrible experience to live in Cobbencampus. After living here for several days, I decide to move out! My window faces the garden, there are endless parties, talking, music, basketball noises everyday until 4am or even 5am. I can’t have a decent sleep everyday!!!! I reported to the administration, but they refused to take any actions.

Very noisy in the garden. Especially during the night. Often parties, noises, music. The administration do not want to solve issues, they only care about money.

Thanks for your reply.
It’s better to have a chat with people who make noises. Talking with me can not stop them having parties. Very appreciate that you organized chat before summer, that’s not useful to solve noise issues.

Great student accommodation! The social events and common room are really cool.

There are multiple issues that I had to face living there:
- There are high extra costs in addition to the "extra costs" for the furniture, water, service, etc. (alone the waste tax is 270€, property tax 35€)
- There where multiple dysfunctions of the locking system (entrance as well as bike shelter)
- Handyman nedded more than 2 weeks to solve a problem with leaking tubes of the sink in the kitchen
- Warm water was not available for 1 week
- Dusty gym
- The advertise with shared cars and bikes; they have to be paid extra and are not included in the price

I have stayed at Cobben Campus for almost one year and here is my review so far.

Location:
- very quiet
- close to university
- close to the university train station
- very close to bus station

Price:
- for me, it is worth, having the possibility to access rent allowance
- compared with other accommodations in Tilburg its decent

Experience:
- for one year it was a calm staying for me
- the management answer quickly to your e-mails
- they helped me promptly with some issues
