Couldnt be more grateful for the help I received here on 3rd Jan! I had slid my car on some standing water whilst driving over a roundabout and cracked an alloy on a kerb not far away from this kwik fit location. My car was still driveable so I took my car here. The staff helped me out with a steel wheel and replacement tyre, and was able to replace my wheel immediately. I have been able to drive perfectly fine since and will repair my wheel when back in the UK. Thank you for saving my trip!

They put a wrong type of oil in the engine of my car!

I never thought that a professional mechanic would behave like that. They have used a type of oil that is not recommended for the engine of my car. At the beginning they did not accept the problem. After calling the customer service of Kwik-fit, they called me and ask me to take my car to their shop in order to change the oil one more time. Unbelievable!

Recently got 4 new tires at this garage. Now my exhaust system seems to be more noisey since my visit. I had always been warned about getting any work done in Kwik Fit. You always seem to need more work when you leave than you did when you arrived....?

they check your car for free but when they make the offer the price is too high..also very unfriendly staff.
