Also be careful with their marketing campaigns: when they say “buy one year and get two months free” that means, if you want to cancel after one year, they will add the two months so that you pay for them.

Sauna closed since January 2023.
Coffee machine left for maintenance and never came back.
The equipment is great but with the excess of users it is not enough.
Which is really sad because it's a great gym, you should at least control the number of users

I had been on this gym on a weekend with my wife to get to know the facilities. They made us spend a free trial just to visit the gym even saying we had no clothes nor intention to workout that day.
A few days later, a sales representative called me and offered a promotion where I would begin using the gym in December-22, and start paying for monthly installments only in February-23, which was accepted under an annual enrollment.
From the 1st day onwards, neither mine nor my wife's badges worked to get into the gym. It took over 2 weeks for the front desk ladies to sort out what happened and get it fixed - as a bonus, none of my previous entrances were recorded and I consequentially could not join the chance to win an e-bike by having at least 23 workouts in 2022. It was really annoying to keep bothering the line of people entering the gym every single day because our badges were not working.
To complete the situation, I noticed a direct debit from Trainmore on my account for 5-Jan, which was not part of the promotion I signed up to. Their customer care recognized the error and said they were making a credit to my account, however they don't seem to recognize that my 1st payment should be due in Feb-23 and not in Jan-23 as promised by the sales representative on the phone call, which by the way was recorded.
Update after a few months: this week my jacket simply disappeared from the dressing room hangers. I asked help from the front desk staff to look at the camera to try and identify who did so, however they were unable to find anyone leaving the facility wearing it. They were nice enough to recommend a locksmith for me as my house keys were in the pocket of the jacket and I ended up paying over 200 euros for a locksmith to come and open it up. After a few hours the trainmore staff called me saying they had found my jacket and luckily my keys were inside the pocket. They couldn't explain how and where it was found and also refused to refund me for the money spent with the locksmith. Now I'm afraid of going to the gym and have anything else stolen.

The monthly fee is reasonable and you get 1 Euro of for each time you visit the gym.

Customer service:
If you intend on reaching out to customer service, don’t expect an answer, they never do. I have also tried speaking to the employees of the club and was told twice all I could do was email. They don’t even have a phone line to help out.
The one positive thing about this gym is that the staff on the front desk are incredibly helpful and very kind.
