Totally recommend! High level of service - from the very beginning till the final purchase. Nadir who helped us is very polite and gave us enough time for self check and was close in case of questions-brilliant combination for us. In the offer you can find many different options to find something which suits your needs directly. The prices are different depending on the model but stuff is open for negotiation - especially when it is deals day like in our option. An additional plus is because you can try your future sofa - models are available in the shop. If you have your own transport and choose an option available in the stock you can take it without waiting a few weeks or also delivery option is possible in two working days.

After delivery: everything comes, quick montage and now I have a very comfy sofa.

Nadir has clear and efficient communication skills. We were very hesitated to buy at first, but he explained everything very transparently.

Also, the quality of the sofas are way better than many other manufacturers. Aim for this shop if you would like sofa experts like Nadir to help you decide.

I should mention that there are huge discounts. I recommend everyone who is interested to have a look.

I have experienced a very worst service with Seats and Sofa Eindhoven. We have ordered Rover Sofa and the Delivery time mentioned was about 4-6 weeks at the time of order. Around 6th week time I got the call from them and I have been informed that the Sofa is ready, the Delivery date is scheduled in another 1 week. I have then already paid the full amount. On the day of delivery time slot I got the call from them again and informed me that the Sofa is damaged and can't be delivered!! Now it will take again another 6 weeks for my ordered Sofa. So it is total 12-14 weeks!! Now I have no idea on this what is going to happen after another 6 weeks!!

They even don't deserve 1 star. The worst company ever. I order my couch on 06.05.2023 and until now, i haven't received anything. This week will be 12 weeks since it has been ordered. When I called to ask for any updates in week 10, they couldn't give me a clear answer when it would be delivered. When I called in week 12 they said that delivery company is on holidays and that I need to wait 3 weeks more. When I ask for my refund from the couch they say "you have to pay 33% from couch price". I already wait the time they ask me to wait, from 6 to 12 weeks, but it seems that they just make excuses to don't keep their word. I have been reading other reviews on Google and I can see I'm not the first person (and probably not the last one) that experienced something like this. It's unfair.

Don't deserve even 1 star. Be careful about the delivery timeline before you make any down payment.
Before purchasing they will tell you that sofa is in stock ready to deliver and moment you pay some amount then they don't even recognize you. They will start saying that sofa is not in stock and it's going to take 6 to 12 weeks.

I have never such lying and misleading information from salesman and also the manager.

There is no way to raise complain so you are in completely dark and stuck with them.

#edit, beginning of July 23:
the buying process was really great - afterwards, not so much. We were promised to get our sofa after 14 weeks - now it’s more than 15, we called S&S and they promised to investigate the case and call back the same day or tomorrow, but few days later still no information whatsoever. Shop doesn’t answer the phone anymore, central telephone number the same. I am not sure if my money is lost.

#edit 2, end of July 23:
it’s unbelievable: the sofa was 3 weeks late, no apology, NOTHING.
We went to the store where we agreed to pick it up (Langenfeld/Germany), ordered a transport service for 150€ and collected the sofa one week ago. When we came home, we saw it’s a different sofa - we ordered an L- sofa with the L piece right, but there came an L-sofa with the L piece left…
It took nearly 20 minutes until somebody picked up the phone in Eindhoven (this was a problem before!). The lady on the phone didn’t know what to do and told me to call back „in one hour“ when the store manager is there. WHAT?! I am standing with a PAID transport service in my home with 2 sofas and don’t know what to do!
We brought the sofa back to Langenfeld (45 minute from our home!) and finally paid the transport with 220€ FOR NOTHING. This day I had spent 6 hours, 180km in my car plus 220€ for absolutely NOTHING!

The staff in the store was not helpful AT ALL!!! They were annoyed, nobody apologised, awful service.

It took 2 days to speak to the manager, he called me back in the evening 2 days later. HE was very professional, apologised, tried to find a solution and asked me for a few days of patience - it was Thursday and he promised to call me back on Tuesday.

Tuesday: no call. Wednesday I called: it’s his day off!

Now we have Thursday again and I was currently waiting for 20 minutes on the line for the manager to pick up the phone…

No he „has a solution“: we can pick up the sofa in Dortmund, and will get 75€ for the transport - WHAT???! That’s insane! The transport from Langenfeld to our home on Cologne was 150€ already - for 75€ there is NO CHANCE to get the sofa to Cologne! Plus: not so friendly anymore. If we want to cancel the order (bc they didn’t fulfill the contract!) it’s 30% cancellation fee.

This is A NIGHTMARE!! We probably need to call a lawyer. Keep you updated.

Good Sofa quality but worst customer service and sales experience ever.

Don't trust what's the staff are promising to make you buy an item (especially a sales guy called Kevin), you can wait for 3 months or more for a sofa even though you have been told it will take 6 to 8 weeks max.

And you need to read carefully the contract before you sign it, because it has nothing to do with what you have been told before buying.

Be careful.

I do not recommend the company. I ordered a different product. I received a different one. When you start a conversation in English, you are immediately discriminated against by the staff and they say one thing and order another, charge extra money for the sleeping function, and send a sofa without this function. They lie and cheat customers. Never shop there!
