Its one of the best organised shops of this street! Its pretty big with a big amount of veriety. Just the part for men is really small! The personnel are kind as Well, just need to develop jewellery part as well.

Tried to go shopping with my girlfriend, when we walked to the fitting rooms multiple people were already waiting inside on the people they were with. I sat down next to them, when she tried to show me how it fit an english speaking employee came in and kicked me out telling me I couldn't wait inside while the other people didn't get kicked out. Also weren't willing to help find a smaller size for a dress. Never coming back.

Love the store and the clothes but the way to the fitting rooms takes forever. We waited in the que for 30 min. They should probably consider expanding the store or adding additional fittings rooms.

The worst customer service ever. They don't refund you for returns. They don't even try to find a fitting solution, only ignore u. Will never shop again at Bershka.

Men's section is all the way in the back, and quite tiny compared to the women's section
