Good help in the store, good customer service and a clean environment!

Now they show their true colours. Customer service is not only incompetent but insulting. This place is ok to buy something but you can forget about any form of help when something goes wrong. I am not only disappointed but I am furious. The state I got my expensive vacuum cleaner in is disgraceful. They ofcourse blame it on myself and the Karcher company. F u BCC.

Always the best employees, honest and knowledgeable...I rely on this store for most things electric. NOT the chain of stores just this one, in Woensel.
Jan and his team are great. Worth traveling to is you want/need help choosing the right products.
After sales service is beyond reproach as well.

It doesn’t feel like you get help here, to much focus on what is good to sell you. This would not a place I would go to again. I rather search the internet or visit bigger stores.

What a dull shop... I entered about half an hour before closing time and a lady came checking on me. If she could help me out...but actually her eyes told me she wanted to help me (to get) out of the shop. From the few buyers in the BCCs one gets the impresdion that it will be only a matter of time before they all close down...
