Staff was not alert as we had to ask for attention after giving some clear visual signs. I expected they had more play room to cut us a package deal. A 1-2% discount on a premium product is quite skimpy and a missed opportunity for a ‘once in 20 years expense’.

Bought an LG 77”oled here 2 weeks ago,when I asked the assistant if I should wait until Black Friday he told me that I wouldn’t get a better deal than he was offering.NOT TRUE! Wish I had waited as I would have saved €200....well done BCC.....NOT!

Better than Media Market if they wouldn't try to trick you into buying overpriced things. Fortunately this particular shop has a junior staff that are customer orientated and well informed on nowadays electronics.

We come to this BCC instead of the one nearest us because staff are so friendly. They take the time to explain and they are knowledgeable about what you are buying. Flexible buying policies

I bought my GoPro Hero 5 from there when there wasn't any place in Breda which had it. It was one or two weeks after the launch. The prices are better than on some websites.
