I really enjoyed the course through TaalBoost! It was interactive and we'll structured.

Rachelle was my teacher, and I found her teaching methods informative and supportive. She engaged with each and everyone participating and would take the time to assist anyone who was struggling with a particular section of the course. I really enjoyed the course and will definitely study again through TaalBoost. Highly recommend.

I liked that Rachelle encouraged everyone to talk. Most of the exercises had a few questions, so we each took turns answering the questions and practicing speaking.

The use of breakout rooms was also good as it gave us the chance to speak with fellow learners and learn from each other. Plus Rachelle would always come into the breakout room for a short time to answer any questions we may of had.

I also like that some of the course material is on the website as I was able to use that as well as the PowerPoints and word document within the school board to recap and revise.

Overall I had a positive experience with this course and I am looking forward to the next one.

I took the A2 Intensive Course and had great results! Highly recommend! The class size was small (9 people) so everyone had a chance to speak up and ask questions. I was also able to learn from hearing the more advanced students speak. There was a different teacher everyday which made the class incredibly dynamic as we learned various cultural aspect from each teacher. The overall structure of the class was flexible (i.e. not strict with homework), but it was still quite fast-paced and we covered several chapters each day. My only feedback is that I wish they were a bit more strict about speaking Dutch in the class. I found myself often switching to English to ask questions instead of attempting/forcing myself to communicate in Dutch, but, honestly that’s my own responsibility. The teachers really care and you can tell that they all genuinely enjoy teaching that class (even on Saturday!). I definitely recommend TaalBoost and I plan to take the B1 class from them soon! Worth every penny.

I did the online morning courses A1 and A2 and I highly recommend it. There are two teachers per course (one on Mondays and one on Thursdays). I was lucky to have Torkan in both of my courses, and she's one of the best teachers I've ever worked with. A special thanks to her!

I’ve joined TaalBoost and Tom Matena (Tommy) for an online course, and the experience has been very nice. The initial testing was carried out smoothly with written and spoken part, so they could place me in the correct level. As per the lessons, three hours of lesson a week for 10 weeks is the best format for me. Tommy was the best teacher, assigning a the right amount of homework to practice. He was also very nice in correcting the extra exercises I was doing myself.

Michelle and Tommy gave us a great 6 week in-person A1 course. Lot's of work on pronounciation and repeating sentance structures until we had it right. I've been in The Netherlands for 3 years but the Taalboost course helped me impove my Dutch more than years of living in Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

I did evening online course Level 2 (A2) and I enjoyed it very much. It is not easy to commit to the hours when you also have to work. But teachers made it so engaging that even if I was tired sometimes I was motivated and even decided to continue with Level 3 right away (while in the beginning I wanted to have a couple of months break in between). Also the way it is made interactive via Zoom is just amazing. I did not have a good experience with other school and Zoom lessons. So thank you a lot! I highly recommend TaalBoost for others.

TaalBoost are amazing! I had an online course for beginners and their delivery exceeded my expectations. The format includes a lot of materials on different media, interaction with the teacher and the other students, homework in a dynamic and gamified way, definitely not boring! You need to invest some time but the results are showing. Never thought I would enjoy the process and the language itself so much!
