We have good experiences with Autohopper Nijmegen. From a business point of view we transport goods that generally fits in our estate car. Unfortunately it wasn't possible this time to take everything at once. With a phone call and wihtin one hour we had a van of Autohopper Nijmegen at our disposal so we could transport all products at once. All praise. We are very satisfied customers!

We rented a car from saturday 12pm to Sunday 12pm. Called at 11:30 on saturday to be told that the car we rented had an accident so we couldn't pick it up. We were given a new time of 17:00. Bad service that they didn't have a mean of finding a replacement car. We came back for 17:00 to find the place shut, we were not aware of this. We waited until 17:30 for someone to show up. The car we were supposed to get wasn't there yet and we didn't leave until 19:30 with the car. We were given compensation with extra free miles but the process of getting the car and the staff was not professional. Their compensation reasoning was that we got a better car, but compensation is not getting a better car at a later time. We didn't receive the deposit back until a week later for no valid reason.

Huur hier nooit een auto!!! Slechte communicatie, auto vol beschadigen mee gekregen. Nu 2 maanden verder en we wachten nog steeds op teruggaaf van onze Borg! Nu al 5x gebeld, en telkens hetzelfde antwoord: het ligt hier voor me op de stapel. Of: 'ik overleg met mijn baas', terwijl het een eenmanszaak is. Voor ons dus nooit meer, en hopelijk zien we ooit nog ons geld terug. Wees wijs en huur ergens anders!

Auto gehuurd voor onze vakantie welke voor een zeer nette prijs mee kon. Alles werd duidelijk en netjes uitgelegd alle boekjes nummer voor de grens overgang dus al met al prima service dikke duim

Samen met me broer een bus gehuurd welke op locatie werd afgeleverd. Snelle afhandeling en vriendelijke heet die de bus af kwam leveren heeft netjes alles uit gelegd. Wij komen zeker terug

Voor onze accountmanager een auto gereserveerd. Deze werd netjes op locatie gebracht met duidelijke tekst en uitleg. Snel en flexibel komen zeker terug.
