Super friendly and helpful and when my Motorola smart phone didn't play nice with the sim card the owner got his tech guy to manually input it.

I was cycling through the Oosterstraat, my phone dropped, and my phone ended up with a completely shattered screen. 2 days after I handed in my phone here, I received a call that my phone was done. Completely as new (see picture). Since the screen was so impressively broken, they decided to hand me the broken screen over.

Great job Mobile clinic.
I had a problem with my iPhone 6s (tuch ) .
I was searching a lot of shops to find the the problem but no result.

Bought a phone case from here and it broke within a week. I asked for a new one and I was only offered a 50% discount on a new identical case (which would also probably break in a week).

Battery cover / achterkantje laten vervangen op mijn verzoek (prima) maar de cameramodule is ook vervangen en dat zonder mijn toestemming.

De medewerker heeft aangegeven / eerlijk toegegeven dat er een andere cameramodule in zit toen ik met dit probleem ben terug gefietst.

Android nam steeds een hele andere foto/film-resolutie aan - wat het resultaat van een cameramodule uit een ander toestel - alleen maar vage foto's en video's (back camera). Dit gebeurt niet zomaar. Ik ben system engineer, mij kon je ook niet vertellen dat het ergens anders door is gekomen. :)

De camera was in orde vóórdat ik het verzoek deed van een nieuwe battery cover (met de nadruk op was).

Het verzoek van mij aan Mobile Clinic om hierover contact met mij op te nemen, om zo tot een oplossing te komen zonder dat ik hier op achteruit ga. Oplossing is duidelijk: originele camera module terug in mijn S9+. Hier heb ik namelijk geen opdracht toe gegeven, alleen het achterkantje vervangen.
