The store is well-stocked and has a vast range of options for most budgets. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to answer most questions I had about specific products/needs. They also offered helpful advice on which products would best suit my needs.

The place is excellent, surrounded by the biggest shopping centre in Groningen: IKEA, Kwantum, Decathlon, and others. Good collection, many discount items, easy to be accessed by public transport, bike & car (there is a parking space in front of the shop).

Although they almost never had the items we wanted! (Honestly, almost never!), still it is a very nice place to go and discover new product and see the products you want closely.

It's a really spacious store with varied products :)
The average product seems more expensive than what is offered online, but at times they present you with advantageous discounts, and the personal help that is provided should also not be overlooked.
Their online customer service is assisted by an A.I. bot, which, to my surprise, is very helpful :)

It's my place to go like a retail therapy. Even 8f I don't buy anything but all the electronics always mesmerise me. Very nice staff too.

Yes i was here. NO! I did not purchase any electronics. But the vibes were right and the service adequate. Thus i left with Fire in my belly, i would soon return with credit and capital, and then, smack it down on the counter for the cashier to know that i mean business.
