We had three simple orders and waited 45 minutes until we got our food. Once we'd gotten our order, the burgers easily fell apart and the loaded fries were a bit soggy. The taste of both the loaded fries and burgers was fine, but wasn't worth the 45-minute wait.

It took them more than 40 mins to prepare the food even though there were only 4 other people inside. When the burgers and 1 portion of fries finally came, the other person still had to wait for the mac n' cheese, which after all this time was undercooked. The food is extremely expensive for the quality and the time spent there. Definitely not worth it, will never go back again. We could've gone to Burger King and gotten the same quality for much cheaper.

Long wait for the order. The burger is okay, but there is no juiciness. Add more sauce, the cutlets could be thicker. The fries are good.

The burgers were alright, but not great. Not very loaded and the flavors fell flat, the coleslaw was definitely overpowering. The loaded fries, however, were amazing. Fries itself felt like frozen fries, but the meat and cheese made up for it, especially considering the relatively cheap price. The interior was pleasant, with a nice view of the Grote Markt, and you can order on a fast food type of screen, which makes the experience more accessible. Overall recommend for a quick bite, but there are better burger places in town in similar price ranges.

Very good tasting burger and nicely cooked wings(they're halal). A bit expensive but amazing taste plus loved how they were playing mr bean on their screens haha. 9/10 experience overall

We were very excited to try the food. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fries. The order took longer than 15 min to be ready. The fries were fresh and tasty. About the sandwiches, it was good but the meat was not cooked properly. Also, the music was loud; I wish it were lower.

These burgers were great! Full of flavour and super big… maybe too big but if you are paying these prices you better hope they are.
4 stars because the prices are a bit crazy, specially since everything needs to be ordered separately you easily end up spending €20+ per person

9.50 for 6 tatter tots is a joke ordered it expecting an actual side dish but when I opened my order there was a small burger box filled with the 6 tots some cheese sauce and bacon when the picture had much more. In comparison I paid 13.75 for a huge burger with tenders, pastrami, meet and sauce. That scale doesn't make sense to me. Called to try ask if they had made a mistake or to see if they could do anything, but was told that it was the normal portion size and that they couldnt do anything. Good burger but feels like I've been completely ripped off.
