Absolutely amazing service. They changed my Macbook keyboard within hours. The staff is very understanding, kind and helpful. Pricing is just right. 5 stars might not be enough for the service that they have given. Strongly recommend Appleparts Groningen!

The Keyboard on my MacBook Pro was falling apart. Keys were getting loose and even break the butterfly mechanism, so I needed a complete keyboard replacement. I've been to other repair shops in the area just to get a quote of how much it would cost to replace my keyboards, but I've been waiting ever since for them to call me back with a price. Unlike in Appleparts Groningen, where I walked in on a Friday, showed them my MacBook Pro, they immediately told me how much it will cost. I agreed to the price and got an invoice. They ordered the parts needed for replacement and I brought in my laptop 1 week after my initial checkin and ended up with a sameday delivery on fixing the faulty keyboard. Amazing service, professional and friendly staff. I'll definitely choose them again in case I need some fixing on any of my apple gadgets.

They helped me last week about my water damaged laptop, and a high repairing fee was avoided. Very nice! Today, they replaced the damaged rubber foot and the screws in my MacBook Pro. Thanks a lot to them.

My Macbook had a bulked-up battery, and they took care of it just by the next morning! They also notified me by e-mail when it was ready to be picked up. Very friendly and professional staff. They also showed the exact price before taking any action (the prices can also be viewed on their website).

Jeroen and the lads are great professionals. Laptop experienced issues after initial repair and they were kind enough to help me out once more at a desirable rate. 10/10 would recommend, get down there if your Apple product is being a typical Apple product!
